Ernie's Bill of Rights

~ Catering is available on and off premises

~ Here at Ernie’s Lakeland Café we specialize in catering

~ We are fully equipped with all the supplies necessary to better serve you

~ Glass dinnerware, silverware, napkins, lines, tables, and chairs and tents are available at an extra charge (if desired)

~ Prices do not include 8% sale tax, 20% gratuity, or a $25.00 delivery charge (should you request the food to be dropped off)

~ Prices are subject to change under any service charge.

~ A deposit of $100.00 is required and will be deducted from your bill. Deposits are non-refundable.

~ The total amount is due prior to date of your function.

~ A written contract with all the specifics regarding your party is required.

~ A guaranteed number of people are required three days before event. The guaranteed number of people is what you will be charged for, unless the actual number of people is more than stated.

~ All remaining food will stay in the possession of Ernie’s upon completion of the catering.
