Dear Ernie, Staff & Family,

We want to congratulate you on your "30th Anniversary" of being in the restaurant business serving many very satisfied costumers around the Syracuse area.  We have had the pleasure over the years of following you from the old " Split Rock Inn" to "The Newport Inn" then down to "The Inn" in Nedrow, over to "The Log Cabin" in LaFayette and finally to "The Longbranch Restaurant" in Lakeland, now your home "Ernie's Lakeland Cafe."  We have always been greeted by a friendly staff and often a waiting line (which we never seem to mind).  Your food has always been family oriented and we have never been disappointed.  You are to be commended for your service and dedication to your community.  Thank you for Ernie's and the fine and affordable food over the years.
